My daughter, Madison just had a birthday (23)...we are celebrating it with her JSU graduation in a few weeks..she wants things for her Apartment at Alabama...she is going to get her Masters in Accountancy there...this is her Birthday Card...when she was little the teenage girl next door called her Madie Madie Moo Moo... I hated it..but would catch myself saying it...in fact I said it just the other day..I said I love you Madie Madie Moo Moo.... so that is how I came up with this card... Scalloped Circles cut @ 4, 2 1/2 and 2 inches.
Round Circles cut @ 2 and 1 1/2 inches.
Round circles cut @ 1 inch to make scalloped border on bottom of card.

Birthday Hat cut @ 1 1/2 inches on shadow Blackout
Paper Doll Dress Up
Cow cut @ 2 3/4 inches.
Zooballoos
Grass cut @ 2 inches on layer.
Street Signs
"madie" and "moo moo" cut at 1 inch.
"H" cut at 2 1/4 inches.
"appy Birthday" computer generated.
I also used my Garden Brads...I love those.
