When I gave my brother, Jamie his get well card... my sister-in-law, Stacy wanted a birthday card for a friend of hers... she said that there were four of them that hang out together and this card would be from three of them... after a few days.. of thinking... and praying about it...when I get a request my brain shuts completely down for some reason.... anyway after a few days of thinking and and praying about it and  a weekend away at my daughters I came up with this idea.... I so hope Stacy and her friends all like it!!!... thank you so much for looking... and I love love your comments!!... they so encourage me to create!... Hugs, Jeannie

As many of you already know my daughter Madison just got married and her and Cory have their first "grown-up" apartment in Memphis, TN... her dinning room has a black table and she has red and black dishes...and she loves glitter.... she called the other day with that excitement in her voice...she said "Guess what comes to our apartment?!?!?!... The Ice Cream Truck!!!" she sounded so like a little girl in her grown up world... I loved it.... we all need to remember how to feel like a kid!!!.... its so important to our mental health!!! .... So I just had to make her this card... and then I got A Child's Year and wow it had kids with ice-cream!!!... so this is what I ended up with!!!...I am so excited its part grown-up part kid at heart!!... I hope she loves it!.... thanks so much for looking.... Hugs, Jeannie

Home is Where the Heart Is

I started reading the book "The Secret" which has inspired me so much... it teaches you to be thankful at all times, to think positive, and to ask for what you want in each day... so each day as I drive to work one of the things I ask for is inspiration for a card.... This is what came to me this morning... my last post was an asked for card too... its exciting how different I am thinking and I like how it is showing up in my cards... I hope you like this one.

Cory's Thank You Card

My daughter's BF needed a thank your card for his mom...she recently had his car fixed and he asked me to make one for him. I used my Cricut machine the Mickey and Friends cart to make the car. I love the detail of this car. I find that masculine cards are much harder to make.
