I totally went with the paper on this one...at first it stumped me.... I was at a loss... picked out all the paper and then I just didn't think I was going to be able to put anything together.... I was really frustrated.... and I wanted to make a card...I so loved the paper... so I stepped back and said ok God... please give me a card... took a few deep breaths....and it just all came into place... Now if I would learn to give Him the big things!! .... Thanks so much for looking...and I do love your comments... one never gets tired of comments!!... Hugs Jeannie

I loved the first Butterflies in the Flowers and I wanted to make a quick card tonight so it was easy to redo this one in different papers.... think I am going to give it to Craig... one of the young guys at work to give to his mom for Mothers Day... this means I will have to make at least 2 more Mother's Day cards for a couple more of the young people at work...any excuse to make a card...right!?!... have a wonderful week...!! ~~ Hugs Jeannie

A Butterfly In The Flowers

Designed by Jeannie Phillips
Southside, Al
I got my new camera last night...had to make a card to see if it would take better pictures... it does....but I still have some learning to do.... getting the color to come out right is hard.... be glad when I get past the learning curve....and I do hate those huge handbooks!!..... I also had to play with my new Scor-It ... I am loving those lines... hope you like this one... did a little layering of the flowers...hand cut those from the paper... that corner needed something and this added just the right touch I think.... thank you so much for looking and for your comments.... aren't those comments we get so encouraging!.... ~~Hugs Jeannie
