I could just picture a little boy..(mine son is a red head with a big imagination when he was little)...with his pets planning a trip in a broken down SUV... the tires are flattened... and there is rust on the bus... its hard to see in the picute.....and of course any excuse to use those cute little Garden Brads.....I had so much fun making this one! ~~Jeannie~~ Thanks for looking.

TOGETHER WE CAN

A friend of my son, John-Robert asked me to make a card for his girlfriend of 17 months...she is flying in next week .... I now always make two cards just alike so I will have some cards on hand ... Cory's card for his girlfriend is just like this one except it says "Together we have been on top of the world for 17 months"... I didn't need two of those so I changed the wording for a sweetheart or a friend in need of support... I was tickled with this one... thanks for looking. ~Jeannie

The Tricycle

Boy this one was tough... When I got in the middle of it I thought there was no way I was going to make it pretty!!!!... I use my Cricut Stretch Your Imagination cart for the tricycle cut it at 3.5 inches... it cuts big... I cut the Flourishes one at 4 inches one at 5 inches...the one on the inside is cut at 3.5 I think... I used Rain Dots for the center of the punched flowers which I pop dotted... the flourishes on the corner flowers are cut from the leftover paper when I cut the flourishes .... I dotted and squiggled with a white gel pen... and a green Sharpie....and I used a Garden Brad..see if you can find him...I love love those Garden Brads...
Hope you like this one..

B Happy...

I am really enjoying these little scalloped squares... I spent the day with my friend Wanda today and made this card... I cut the scalloped squares with my Cricut ...using the cart Accent Essentials at 1.75 inches...wish I had cut at 2 inches....the bee's are from Pooh and Friends cut at 1 inch... do not cut the bees at 1 inch..they are just too hard to deal with that small and don't cut good...I cut 20 to get 6.... so go larger... the squares on the inside are the leftover inside from cutting the scalloped squares...

BEE HAPPY

I found this Bee stamp at Hobby Lobby not on clearance...but had to have it anyway.. I didn't even have a 40% coupon for it... but it was so cute I just had to have it... then my friend Wanda, who inspires me so much, made a card with a pot of flowers and I scraplifted it so I would have a place for my bee... Thank you Wanda!!!... all my cuts are from the Cricut Walk In My Garden cart... the flower pot is cut at 3 inches and so are the stems...the nested flowers including the inside one are cut at 1/2 inch intervals starting at 1/2 inches and going to 3 inches... I used Pumpkin Pie colored ink from Stampin Up to ink my pot... flowers and card... and a brown Sharpie for the doodles... hope that you like...

Thank you always for looking

I used Rain Dots from my friend Shelly and a butterfly stamp that I got new from Stampin Up just yesterday...the flower is cut out of scrap paper... and the stem and leaf is free hand... the inside matches but is very simple so I did not post it today...

I hope you enjoy... and I absolutely love your comments.
