This is my BBTB2 DT card for this week… we were to use Leaf 1 from Life is a Beach… to be honest I was at a loss at what to do with this cut.. Then my daughter called and Katie a co worker of hers wanted me to make a Mother’s Day card for her mom… and her mom loves bright colors and flip flops… and a few other things…well this card came to me when I started working with the leaf and the flip flops… and then this idea came to me…I was excited and nervous at the same time…then when I finished the card I was just too excited at how everything turned out…. I hope that Katie and her mom loves it and I hope the visitors at BBTB2 like it too!!!…. Be sure and visit BBTB2 and see all the DT projects… thank you so much for looking!… and I hope that you enjoy the video!… Hugs, Jeannie

CRICUT & GYPSY
Waves
Life’s a Beach
Wave Borders cut @ w 4.75 x h 1.10 ….. On the Cricut I would cut these at 1 ¼ inch.
George
Squares welded to the waves the taller one is cut @ w 4.75 c h 2.46 .. Shorter square cut @ w 4.75 x h 2.03... Using the Cricut I would cut these with a paper trimmer…both 4 ¾ inches wide and the taller one 2 ½ inches tall the shorter one 2 inches tall…. Then I would adhere these to the waves.
George
Squares(3) cut @ w 1.49 x h 1.39 inches…using the Cricut I would use a paper trimmer to cut these squares all @ 1 ½ inches tall and wide.
Doodle Charms
Sun cut @ 3.61 x h 1.93 inches…you will have to unlink the width and height to get this size… on the Cricut I would cut this @ 2 inches… but it will not be as wide.
Life is a Beach
Leaf 1 and its layer cut @ h 1.20.. Set the height and the width will be right… on the Cricut I would cut this @ 1 ½ inches.
Flip Flops and their layers cut @ h 1.20 set the height and the width will be right …on the Cricut I would cut these at 1 ¼ inches
Paper Doll (Everyday)
Fish cut @w 1.08 x h 1.26...on the Cricut I would cut these @ 1 1/4 inches.

Lovely card. Thanks for sharing with the video. In the future it would be great if you could share your process for designing on the gypsy and how you choose your elements, sizes, etc. Thanks again, and I just *love* your voice!

my Mom's mother's day card today.
