My Internet has been down most of yesterday and now most of today!!!… how sad is that!!!…. I had to admit but it gave me lots of extra time… I think it means I need to set aside “internet time”… and I could get more done!!… anyway while I had “all this time”… I decided to make a card inspired by a card by Mary Hamer… I saw her card a long time ago… and have wanted to be that brave… today I had time to be that brave… if she sees my card I sure hope that I have done her proud!!… besides the flowers the leaves the sun and grass… its all one cut from A Childs Year… cut out in 6 different papers and cut apart and pieced together. Thank you so much for looking… I have misses everybody.. Thank you so much for looking!
CRICUT & GYPSY
A Child’s Year
Girl and her Wheelbarrow cut @ w 3.51 x h 3.37 … on the Cricut I would cut this @ 3 ¼ and inches.
Easter 2001
Grass , tall cut @ w 1.70 x h 0.83, short w 1.70 x h 0.73... There are three of each of these pieces welded together…. On the Cricut I would cut these at ½ inch and ¾ and inch… three time… and glue them to a green strip of paper cut the width of the background paper then place on the card.
Wild Card
Sun cut twice @ w 2.70 x h 2.41.. On one I used the contour feature and didn’t cut the center on the other I used the contour feature and didn’t cut the outside lines of the sun…. on the Cricut I would cut this @ 2 ½ inches, twice and adhere the of one sun to the center of the other sun.. for dimension.
Walk in My Garden
Flowers cut @ w 0.49 x h 0.45 on shadow blackout…. On the Cricut I would cut these @ ½ and inch.
Leaves cut @ w 0.55 x h 0.29 on shadow blackout…. On the Cricut I would cut these @ ¼ an inch.
I used my heat tool to adhere the rhinestones’ to the center of the flowers.
Card base 4 ¼ x 5 ½ inches… Frame piece 4 x 5 ¼ inches…. Background piece 3 ½ x 4 ¾ inches… Sentiment piece 2 ¾ x 4 inches… all these pieced I cut on my paper trimmer.

Jeannie,
You are on a roll..This card is so great... I actually could do this card on the gypsy because I have all these cartridges. When I get time please send me this file. I have to load my gypsy with the cartridges. Next week I will work on this. Maybe I can call you and we can work it out.
I need to learn how to do the gypsy...

Beautiful!!! Her dress is awesome in those colors and loooove that wheelbarrow of flowers. I'm gonna have to get me one of those heat tools to set my bling! :)
Ahhh...she makes me smile!! Here wheelbarrow of flowers is sooo cute! I really like the real ribbon in her braid and on her dress :o)
Beautiful, as always! Don't you just LOVE using the heat tool to put bling on your cards??? I'm totally addicted. Seems I can barely make a card with out using it now! LOL. Used it on a Christmas card that I made that I just put on my blog, if you get a chance check it out and let me know what you think. I put the gems on the tree as ornaments! I think it turned out pretty cute. I may try to do a version of this card, as well....so cute!!!!
