This is an Okie's Sketch Challenge card... I didn't think I was going to do one... wasn't sure that I could make either sketch my own ... took a nap and woke up with just how I wanted to do the scallop ... so I decided that was a sign to do this challenge... then when I was going through the paper with the circles reminded me so much of floating bubbles that I knew knew exactly what I was going to do... and I just got so excited about this card!
