Pink and White Child's Boggan

A dear friend of mine... I don't see her hardly ever but she is never the less one of my very best friends ever...anyway, she  requested this hat after I made her one for her grandaughter, Lily. I am learning lots with each and every hat...this if for a 2 year old with a large head... so I used the next to largest loom...and I used the knit and pearl stitches for the brim...and the e-wrap stitch for the rest... this hat will stretch enough to fit me... but by using knit and pearl for every other stitch for the brim I was able to make it more "adjustable"...and it gets small enough to fit a child of 3 or older... this works out much slower but fits much better and is more comfortable.. I suggest just using one strand of thread for this... when I used two it was just way too think and did not give you as much stretch and shrink ... I hope this information is helpful!!... I wish I had know it sooner!!
