This card was inspired by Anita Chavez's Friend card... click HERE to see hers... I just loved her layout!!... so this  morning I went to work to make my version of Anita's layout... and my daughter, Madison called and needed a Congratulations and Good Luck card... her boss got a promotion... at IP and they are going to miss her so much....so Madison wanted a special card for her... I added extra pages to the inside for people to sign... I so hope that Madison and her work buddies love the card... thank you so much for looking!!! Hugs, Jeannie
CRICUT & GYPSY
Walk in My Garden
Pot (x2) cut @ w 1.86 x h 1.50... I popped one off the other.... on the Cricut I would cut these at 1 1/2 inches.
Daffodil and its layers cut @ h 3.50...set the height and your width will be right on both cuts....on the Cricut I would cut this @ 3 1/2 inches.
Snail and its layer (x2) cut @ h 0.72 ..set the height and the width will be right....on the Cricut  I would cut this at 3/4 and inch.
Ladybug and her layer (x2) cut @ h 0.89 set the height and the width will be right.... on the Cricut I would cut these at 3/4 and inch.
Bee and its layers (x2) cut @ h 1.0  set the height and the width will be right..I cut two base layers  and two top layers for each bee the base layers I cut in velum so I would have two layers of wings...the top layers you need one in black and one in yellow... .on the Cricut I would cut these @ 1 inch.
Easter 2010
Grass
Tall Grass cut @ w w 1.92 x h 1.52...you will have to unlink the width and height to get this size....on the Cricut I would cut this @ 1 1/2 inches.
Shorter Grass Cut @ w 1.92 x h 1.32 ...on the Cricut I would cut this at 1 1/2 inches and trim 1/4 inch off the bottom with my paper trimmer.
George
Small Square cut @ w 1.45 x h 1.36...this will make a perfect square.
Medium Square cut @ w 1.61 x h 1.50.
Large square ...I decided I needed it later and cut it 1/4 inch taller and wider than the medium square on the paper trimmer...which was 1 3/4 inches by 1 3/4 inches.
Using the Cricut I would cut the large square 1 3/4 inches square ... medium square 1 1/2 inches square...and small square 1 1/4 inchs square...with my paper trimmer.
The words were computer generated..then I used my paper trimmer to make the frame and the strip behind the sentiment squares.

  11. Jeannie, just adorable..I especially like that you added extra pages for everyone to sign, finding enough room on traditional cards to write your thoughts and well wishes is always difficult.

  14. This is such a wonderful card. Madison's boss is going to love it. I wouldn't be surprised if they wanted to hang it up.

Question for you. What's the verse from I Peter that you have printed on the back?

And I wanted to tell you thank you for all the inspiration that you provide to me. That said I'm not good at this and don't know the protocol but I have an award for you on my blog at www.spotofsanity.blogspot.com
