Garden of Thanks

I was so excited when I finished this one... I love the dimension in it... I used Walk In My Garden Cricut cart to cut the flowers at 1.75 and 2 inches... the leaves are at 1 inch on shadow.. they are attached with glue dots since the bottom edges don't meet you can pull them together when you dot them on the paper and the fold up on the ends...its easy and has the greatest effect....I was surprised and tickled... the Thanks is cut at 1.5 inches with a shadow blackout from Mini Monograms.
I hope you like it

ONE DAY I'LL BE JUST LIKE YOU

Was so in the mood to make a card today...looking through my handbooks I was finally inspired to make this card.... Using my Cricut E of course ...I cut the Butterfly from Pooh & Friends at 2.25 inches twice.... once in the darker and once in the floral paper so that I could paper piece the body... I used the darker wings on the back of the butterfly to make the wings stronger... the wing part of the butterfly is pop dotted up...and I used those wonderful Rain Dots for the circles... the inside butterfly is cut at 1 inch...one time... colored it with a Sharpie.... the Caterpillar is cut at 1 inch from Walk in My Garden... I cut the base, the layer and the shadow for him... the cloud and the words I did on my computer... the corners are from Jasmine cut at 3 inchs real dial size and then stamped.

I MADE THE CRICUT CHIRP NEWSLETTER SPOTLIGHT

I tried to enlarge this...without success... I made these when I first stared making card so they are about a year and a half old... I had submitted them at the time so you can imagine my surprise when I checked the Chirp today and had actually wow the spotlight..(I get to pick out a cart of my choice)....
I made these for Britney a teenager that worked with me at the time...her dad was deployed to Iraq and she was so scared and upset... he will miss her graduation this year..and all of her senior things... I wanted so much to do something for her....so I decided to make these for her to send to her dad....

B Happy...

I am really enjoying these little scalloped squares... I spent the day with my friend Wanda today and made this card... I cut the scalloped squares with my Cricut ...using the cart Accent Essentials at 1.75 inches...wish I had cut at 2 inches....the bee's are from Pooh and Friends cut at 1 inch... do not cut the bees at 1 inch..they are just too hard to deal with that small and don't cut good...I cut 20 to get 6.... so go larger... the squares on the inside are the leftover inside from cutting the scalloped squares...

First Card Since My Surgery...Yea Me

I have been wanting to make a card since last Friday when I got home from the hospital... finally I got the energy... its much like a card I have already made...because my brain is still in a fog... actually the pot was already cut out and that is what got me started.... The pot and the flowers are from Walk In My Garden Cricut cart.... I think the pot is 3 or 3.5 inches at real dial size...the flowers are in 1/4 increments starting at 1.5 inches ... I cut six of them... corners are from Jasmine cart... when I added them they were a little too plain and I thought "What would Shelly do" and added the stamp to them.... it worked!!..Thanks Shelly... the brads I got when I was in the Smokies... a thousand times I wish I had bought you some Shelly please forgive me...
